Job Description:

The Lifestyle Bartender at The St. Regis Aruba Resort is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, staying updated on trends, and delivering exceptional service. They will oversee the bar’s functionality, build relationships with guests and the community, and ensure all company policies are followed.

Job Responsibility:

Create memorable and unique guest experiences
stay updated on new trends and micro-local offerings
anticipate guests’ evolving needs
take ownership of guest service
ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly
build relationships with guests and the community
follow company policies and procedures
maintain professionalism and confidentiality
perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
