Job Description:

Our jobs aren’t just about mixing drinks. We want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Bartenders are expected to have knowledge of trends, micro-local offerings, and evolving guest needs, while delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury environment. Bartenders will also ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly, build relationships within the community, and contribute to holistic well-being programs.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks
Build and deliver a unique guest experience
Be attentive to guests’ evolving needs
Take ownership of guest service beyond the bar
Build relationships across the hotel and in the community
Ensure professional appearance and uniform
Handle money responsibly and provide accurate information to guests
Prepare and serve quality drinks

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
