Job Description:

Lifestyle Bartender position at The Ritz-Carlton Aruba focused on creating memorable and unique experiences through beverage service. Role involves mixing drinks, building relationships, anticipating guest needs, and delivering luxury hospitality standards while maintaining professional appearance and workplace safety.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Ensure bar looks and functions flawlessly
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Handle money transactions
Provide information to guests
Maintain quality of drinks
Perform reasonable job duties as requested

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Creating a safe workplace
Following company policies and procedures
Protecting company assets
Maintaining confidentiality
Ensuring uniform and personal appearance are professional
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:

Knowledge of new trends and micro-local offerings
Passion for guest service experience

Ability to build relationships with others across hotel and community
