Job Description:

Our bartenders have the basics down, but are constantly on the look-out for new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' evolving needs. They are not just a beverage enthusiast, but also the host of the space. Their role goes beyond the bar itself to take ownership of guest service more broadly and do what needs to be done.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Ensure bar looks and functions flawlessly
Build relationships with hotel and community
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Handle money transactions
Provide information to guests
Maintain drink quality
Follow company policies and procedures
Protect company assets
Maintain confidentiality
Maintain professional uniform and personal appearance

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience required
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:

Knowledge of new trends and micro-local offerings
Passion for guest service experience
Eye for detail
Ability to build relationships with others across hotel and community
