Job Description:

Lifestyle Bartender position at Moxy Tulum, focused on creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. The role involves mixing drinks, building relationships, and taking ownership of guest service while maintaining a fun and playful atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Mixing drinks and building memorable experiences
Taking ownership of guest service broadly
Maintaining bar appearance and function
Anticipating and delivering on guests' needs
Handling money and providing information to guests
Ensuring drink quality

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:

Knowledge of new trends and micro-local offerings
