Job Description:

Lifestyle Bartender position at Santiago Marriott Hotel focused on creating memorable and unique experiences beyond just mixing drinks. Role involves being a beverage enthusiast and host of the space, building relationships, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Job Responsibility:

Mix drinks and build memorable experiences
Take ownership of guest service broadly
Maintain bar appearance and function flawlessly
Build relationships across hotel and community
Anticipate and deliver on guests' needs
Handle money transactions accurately
Provide information to guests
Ensure drink quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Knowledge of beverage trends and micro-local offerings
Ability to build relationships with hotel staff and community
Passion for guest service experience
Attention to detail
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping

Nice to have:
