Our bartenders create memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service beyond mixing drinks. They stay informed about the latest trends, focus on micro-local offerings, and meet guests' evolving needs. Professionalism, attention to detail, and building relationships within the hotel and community are key expectations for this role.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique guest experience
Stay updated on new trends, micro-local offerings, and guests' needs
Deliver exceptional guest service
Ensure the bar looks and functions flawlessly
Build relationships across the hotel and in the community
Handle money and provide accurate information to guests
Prepare high-quality drinks
Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance
Follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience.
