Job Description:

The Lifestyle Bartender role focuses on creating an exceptional guest experience through mixology, guest interaction, and maintaining the ambiance of the bar. Ideal candidates are passionate about the guest service experience, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the high standards of The Ritz-Carlton.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique guest experience
mix drinks while monitoring guest needs
take ownership of broad guest service, beyond the bar
make the bar look and function flawlessly
build relationships with guests, staff, and the community
keep a professional and safe workplace
ensure compliance with company policies
maintain confidentiality
ensure quality of drinks and guest service.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds
ability to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period.
