Liferay Expert

• Support the upgrade of Liferay DXP from version 7.1 to 7.4
• Perform impact analysis on existing custom applications and portlets
• Manage content and data migration across Liferay versions
• Develop and adapt Liferay modules using Maven and Gradle
• Set up and configure Liferay Workspace in Azure DevOps
• Define and implement CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment in UAT and Production environments
• Configure and maintain Liferay and Elasticsearch environments in AWS or Azure Cloud
• Contribute to the definition of backend architecture for the Liferay framework
• Collaborate with the team to define technical flows and structure for the new architecture
• Create and maintain technical documentation

• Proven experience with Liferay platform migrations, especially between DXP versions
• Strong knowledge of custom development on Liferay (portlets, modules)
• Experience with Liferay Content Management and portal administration
• Proficiency in Maven, Gradle, Docker, and OSGi
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and AWS environments
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, HTML5, CSS3, Sass, JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Bootstrap, IntelliJ, Elasticsearch
• Strong analytical and documentation skills
