Job Responsibility:

  • Complete Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification
  • Walk 5–10 miles per shift roving the park
  • Enforce rules
  • Scan and monitor the waterpark
  • Help keep pools and decks clean
  • Learn and be ready to execute the Emergency Action Plan
  • Administer first aid
  • Fill out reports and records
  • Perform opening and closing safety checks

Requirements:

  • 16 or older
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, or holidays
  • Energy, great attitude, and a smile
  • Willingness to complete Ellis & Associates lifeguard certification training
  • Ability to walk 5–10 miles per shift
  • Ability to enforce rules
  • Ability to scan and monitor the waterpark
  • Willingness to help clean pools and decks
  • Ability to learn and execute an Emergency Action Plan
  • Ability to administer first aid
  • Ability to fill out reports and records
