Job Description

Our lifeguards play a vital role in making sure guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. Safety is our top priority, so this position demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warm and engaging approach to customer service.

Job Responsibility

Ensuring guests have a fun and safe experience in the pool and on the flumes
Leading and supporting poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for guests

Requirements

Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests of all ages
Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety
Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently when supervising areas independently
Flexibility, reliability and punctuality are all essential
Must be able to pass the Butlins swim test (if no previous lifeguard qualification)
