Job Description:

Lifeguard position at Marriott Executive Apartments Hangzhou, responsible for maintaining pool safety, cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service in recreational facilities

Job Responsibility:

Wash, mop, and clean the pool deck
Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests
Observe activity in the recreational facility and respond appropriately in emergencies
Promote the rules and regulations of the recreation facility
Monitor guest safety during activities
Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency services arrive
Obtain, fold, and stack towels according to company procedures
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive working relationships

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
CPR Certification
First Aid Certification
Fitness Equipment certification
Any certification or training required by local and state agencies
