Must be at least 16 years of age
Prefer 6 months to 1 year experience related to duties and responsibilities
CPR Certified
Current lifeguard certification from a recognized source
Must be punctual and dependable
Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors
Must maintain lifeguard certification level of physical and mental readiness
Must have adequate vision and hearing
Must be able to remain alert and concentrate for extended periods
Must be able to show initiative in the absence of supervision

Job Responsibility

Ensure safety of guests at the Waterpark by preventing and responding to emergencies
Maintain constant surveillance of guests
Act appropriately in emergencies
Provide emergency care until EMS arrival
Present professional appearance and attitude
Maintain high standard of guest service
Perform maintenance duties for clean and safe environment
Prepare and maintain proper activity reports
Monitor departmental activities for regulatory compliance

Job Responsibility

Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility

Job Responsibility

Assist in the implementation of emergency response plans and evacuation procedures, ensuring guest safety during drills and actual emergencies
Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests, addressing their inquiries and providing excellent customer service
Attend regular training sessions and participate in skill evaluations to enhance lifeguarding abilities and maintain certifications
