Lifeguard

Provide security for swimming pool guests and have swimming teaching ability. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. Handle all member/guests interaction with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with club or hotel services. Properly book all necessary reservations that pertain to necessary pool services or activities i.e. swim lessons, pool games, swim meets. The ability to enforce family pool rules. Ability to handle, store and utilize all chemicals properly and safely. Ensure compliance of daily, and opening/closing checklists by walking and ensuring all areas of the pool are well maintained and presentable.
