Join Our Team as a Lifeguard! Are you passionate about ensuring guest safety and providing exceptional service? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to become a Lifeguard at the Hillgrove hotel &Spa, part of The iNUA Collection. Flexibility required to work weekday & weekend shifts as required. As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests at the pool and other aquatic facilities.

Job Responsibility

Monitoring swimming activities to prevent accidents and ensure guest safety
Enforcing pool rules and regulations to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
Responding promptly to emergencies and administering first aid or CPR as needed
Conducting routine inspections of the pool area and equipment to ensure cleanliness and functionality
Providing excellent customer service by assisting guests with inquiries and concerns

Requirements

Valid Lifeguard certification from a recognised authority
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations
Prior experience as a lifeguard preferred but not required
