Job Description:

As a Lifeguard, you play a key role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and enjoyment of all guests using the pool and recreational facilities. You are responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering attentive, courteous, and professional service that reflects Four Seasons service excellence.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor swimming pool and recreational areas to ensure guest safety at all times
  • Enforce pool rules and safety regulations in a polite and professional manner
  • Respond immediately to emergencies, perform rescues, and administer first aid/CPR when required
  • Conduct regular inspections of pool areas, equipment, and water quality
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free pool environment
  • Report accidents, incidents, or unsafe conditions promptly to management
  • Represent Four Seasons standards of grooming, behavior, and guest interaction

Requirements:

  • Valid Lifeguard Certification First Aid from the Tunisian Civil Defense
  • Strong swimming and rescue skills
  • Ability to remain calm and focused in emergency situations
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills
  • Previous lifeguard experience in hospitality environment
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work within cross‑functional team
