Job Description:

Our lifeguards play a vital role in making sure guests have a fun and safe experience in our pool and on the flumes at Splash Waterworld. Safety is our top priority, so this position demands excellent attention to detail, alongside a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping create unforgettable moments for our guests.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work across different teams on resort to support guests
  • Provide a fantastic guest experience
  • Ensure guests have a fun and safe experience in the pool and on flumes at Splash Waterworld
  • Lead and support poolside activities
  • Help create unforgettable moments for guests
  • Work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning accommodation
  • Work as a lifeguard for the rest of contracted hours

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass Butlin's swim test (50m in under 75 seconds
  • treading water
  • surface diving
  • climbing out of the pool unaided)
  • Previous lifeguard qualification (brilliant if you have it)
  • High spirited and fun-loving
  • Multi-tasker
  • Loves learning new things
  • Works well with a like-minded group
