Job Description

You're the operational engine behind seamless, scalable Lifecycle campaigns. As our Lifecycle Operations Manager, you’ll blend technical savvy with marketing strategy to deliver personalized, timely messages that deepen customer engagement. You’ll lead the charge on execution, QA, tooling, and process optimization; empowering the Lifecycle team and its partners to move fast and stay aligned.

Job Responsibility

  • Own the execution and QA of Lifecycle campaigns across email, in-app, push, and home screen placements
  • Translate audience strategies into actionable segments, attributes, and automations that bring campaigns to life
  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing operations using emerging tools, tech, and automation
  • Manage the communication calendar and ensure every message is high quality, relevant, and error-free
  • Analyze performance data across platforms and propose clear optimizations to improve delivery, engagement, and conversions
  • Build and QA email templates, landing pages, and workflow automations using HTML, CSS, and SQL
  • Troubleshoot bugs or tool limitations with minimal oversight, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Partnerships
  • Maintain documentation, train teammates, and proactively scale successful experiments into repeatable playbooks

Requirements

  • 2+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM operations, or marketing technology roles
  • Hands-on experience running campaigns in tools like Braze or similar ESPs, with a clear understanding of segmentation, flows, and personalization
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic SQL for campaign building and QA
  • Familiarity with marketing metrics and A/B testing, including analysis and insight delivery
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and SUMIFS
  • Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to work autonomously when needed
  • Clear communicator and collaborator, comfortable navigating cross-functional priorities and timelines
