We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to deliver impactful marketing communications that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction while driving commercial benefits. This role is part of the Retention, Loyalty, and Engagement Campaigns squad, focusing on proactive campaigns and digital retention journeys. You will play a key role in reducing churn, promoting digital behaviours, and enriching customer experiences through innovative and relevant campaigns, primarily within Home Broadband retention and loyalty initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Produce and execute retention marketing messages across multiple channels (SMS, MMS, email, push notifications, direct mail), managing both in-house and agency-led communications
Brief creative resources and oversee campaign production, ensuring clarity and actionable feedback for high-quality outputs
Ensure all marketing activity aligns with brand strategy, tone of voice, and legal compliance, with a strong focus on driving digital engagement
Track and report campaign performance, applying test-and-learn methodologies to optimise deliverability and impact
Develop lifecycle-based campaigns, managing scheduling, triggers, and performance metrics
Keep customer experience at the core of all marketing activities, ensuring campaigns positively influence brand perception
Requirements:
Creative and analytical thinker with experience delivering compelling campaigns
Skilled in driving a digital-first agenda and maximising digital engagement
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment with excellent project management capabilities
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous
Degree educated with excellent written English
