We are seeking an execution-focused Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our team for a 9-month contract engagement. In this role, you will act as an embedded extension of the Lifecycle Marketing team, focusing on building automated nurture programs, scaling our communications infrastructure, and improving execution velocity across our marketing technology stack.
Job Responsibility
Lifecycle Automation: Build, test, and deploy end-to-end customer journey programs and nurture streams.
Trust Communications: Establish and manage the infrastructure for critical customer trust communications.
Segmentation & Data: Implement an improved segmentation framework tied to product and account data to reduce manual list-building.
Omnichannel Execution: Coordinate cohesive email and in-app messaging programs (via Pendo) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Process Standardization: Develop and document standardized Marketo templates and lifecycle processes to ensure long-term sustainability.
Optimization: Monitor performance metrics and provide regular recommendations for campaign and journey improvements.
