Let’s make it happen! About the role: We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join our Lifecycle Marketing Team. You’ll report to the Lifecycle Marketing Manager and own a set of products and features from a Lifecycle Marketing perspective, building and optimizing customer journeys across our owned channels (email, push, and in-app). In this role, you’ll create and improve automated customer experiences that drive activation, engagement, retention, and product adoption across all myPOS markets. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Data, and other teams to identify opportunities, implement personalized communication flows, and continuously optimize lifecycle performance. You’ll also help shape lifecycle communication standards, testing approaches, and automation processes to ensure scalable, customer-centric experiences. You’ll work within a dedicated Lifecycle team and collaborate with internal partners across data, design, development, and localization to deliver seamless multilingual customer communication.
Job Responsibility
Build, maintain, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across email, push, and in-app channels
Own the lifecycle communication strategy and customer journeys for a defined set of products and features, ensuring scalable and personalized customer experiences
Identify lifecycle gaps and opportunities that improve activation, engagement, retention, and product adoption across all myPOS markets
Work with segmentation, triggers, behavioral logic, and customer data to deliver relevant communication to different audiences and customer stages
Partner closely with Product, Data, Marketing, Design, and Development teams to implement, test, and optimize lifecycle initiatives and customer journeys
Support broader email marketing initiatives with lifecycle insights, customer behavior analysis, and data-driven recommendations that help improve campaign performance and customer experience
Analyze lifecycle and campaign performance metrics, identify trends and opportunities, and use data insights to continuously improve communication effectiveness and automation logic
Contribute to lifecycle communication standards, QA processes, testing frameworks, and automation governance to ensure consistency and scalability across channels
Requirements
1+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, marketing automation, or email marketing (2+ years is a plus)
Excellent English and Bulgarian (verbal and written)
Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Braze, Klaviyo, Salesforce or similar tools (we use HubSpot)
Experience building and managing automated customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and trigger-based communication flows
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and lifecycle performance data and turn insights into improvements
Experienced in taking part in and/or coordinating cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
Curious and growth-oriented - excited to experiment, learn, and continuously improve customer communication and lifecycle experiences
Interested in exploring and implementing AI tools and automation solutions that improve team efficiency and customer experience
