We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to deliver engaging customer communications that enrich experiences and drive measurable commercial outcomes. In this role, you will lead the end‑to‑end planning and coordination of CVM marketing communications across all key channels - including email, SMS, MMS, and in‑app messaging. You will manage both internal stakeholders and external creative partners/agencies, ensuring seamless alignment across every stage of the communication lifecycle: planning, copywriting, creative development, frontend build, and campaign execution.
Job Responsibility:
Plan and execute marketing communications across SMS, MMS, email, push notifications and direct mail - writing SMS content in‑house and briefing agencies for all other channels
Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to create engaging, relevant content that supports key business priorities and positively shapes customer perception
Create clear, structured agency briefs and provide actionable feedback to ensure all outputs meet brand standards, maintain legal compliance, and deliver high‑quality, customer‑first communications
Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing meaningful recommendations to enhance customer engagement, uplift brand appreciation, and drive stronger commercial outcomes. Apply a robust test‑and‑learn approach to continuously improve message deliverability, customer impact, and channel performance
Requirements:
Able to think creatively and analytically to build compelling, customer-focused communications
Experienced in driving digital engagement and supporting digital fulfilment journeys
Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence at various organisational levels
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, competitive environment with strong project and time management abilities
Proactive, organised and solutions-focused
Possess excellent spoken and written English
Degree educated or possessing equivalent experience
