We are looking for a skilled Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead and enhance our marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in driving customer engagement, increasing retention rates, and maximizing revenue through strategic and tactical execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate will have expertise in email and SMS marketing platforms, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to develop innovative strategies to elevate customer lifetime value.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through lifecycle marketing
Create and manage a campaign calendar that aligns with promotional activities, merchandising priorities, and broader marketing initiatives
Design and execute lifecycle marketing programs, including welcome sequences, cart abandonment flows, post-purchase journeys, and winback campaigns
Oversee the migration to a new marketing platform, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions to revenue
Optimize email and SMS campaigns through segmentation, behavioral triggers, and personalized messaging
Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling designs and copy for marketing campaigns
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
Develop and refine lead capture strategies, such as pop-ups and embedded forms, to grow subscriber lists effectively
Maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to deliverability best practices
Conduct testing and implement innovative approaches to enhance lifecycle marketing performance
Requirements:
At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email and SMS campaigns
Proficiency in lifecycle marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, with experience in platform migrations preferred
Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth through well-executed lifecycle marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to evaluate campaign performance
Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution of marketing initiatives
Familiarity with paid social and Google Ads as part of broader digital marketing efforts
Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with design and copywriting teams
Passion for marketing and ecommerce, with a proactive and team-oriented approach
