You'll own the lifecycle engine that turns new and existing customers into power users, dormant accounts into re-engaged buyers, and satisfied users into upsell opportunities. This means building automated programs that drive product adoption, feature discovery, and account growth—all while working cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to identify the moments that matter.

Build and optimize lifecycle campaigns that directly drive net revenue retention
Create the content and experiences that help customers get more value
Be the connective tissue between teams
Drive growth within our existing customer base through user expansion, feature adoption, plan upgrades, add-on purchases, and usage growth
Requirements:
4-6 years in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or growth marketing
Expansion mindset
Marketing automation expertise
Data fluency
Strong writer
Systems thinker
Comfortable presenting
Nice to have:
Comfortable sharing your knowledge and trainings more widely
Background in customer success or onboarding
Knowledge of GTM/RevOps tools
Familiarity with Common Room's ICP
Experience building PQL programs or usage-based scoring
Technical curiosity
