As Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you’ll own and scale one of Blinq’s highest-impact growth channels, directly influencing activation, retention, and long-term customer value. You’ll design and optimise email programs across the full customer lifecycle - from first-touch onboarding through to product adoption, education, and re-engagement - with clear ownership over performance and outcomes. This is a hands-on role with real scope. You’ll set the strategy, execute end-to-end, and continuously improve results through experimentation and insight. Working closely with Growth, Brand, Product, and Data, you’ll turn customer behaviour into timely, relevant email experiences that measurably move the business forward.
