We're seeking a founding Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own and optimize the entire user journey at Phantom, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. You'll design and execute data-driven push notification, email, and in-app messaging campaigns that increase user engagement and revenue, drive feature adoption, and reduce churn.
Job Responsibility:
Define and lead Phantom’s lifecycle marketing strategy across all channels: push, email, and in-app surfaces
Own lifecycle marketing key metrics and results, responsible for upwards communication of results to product and growth leadership
Build and execute complex CRM campaigns and automations to drive revenue and user engagement and retention
Drive the lifecycle marketing experimentation roadmap in partnership with Data Science and Product to unlock key opportunities for product growth
Be a key stakeholder of growth across the company, driving the narrative with leadership on the contribution and roadmap for lifecycle initiatives
Partner with Product teams to build out holistic lifecycle strategies and automations for new and existing product lines
Partner with Brand Design and Product Marketing to design thoughtful, branded experiences and content for lifecycle channels
Requirements:
6-8 years of experience with a proven ability leading the development of complex lifecycle/CRM programs from strategy-to-execution
Extensive experience building and executing complex CRM campaigns with multiple stakeholders
Experience with CRM tools such as Braze and other campaign-building tools
A proven understanding of how to drive lifecycle marketing results in a predominantly B2C setting, with experience working within crypto and FinTech as a big plus
Strong skills in analytic tools and knowledge of experimentation principles
In-depth knowledge of marketing automation/CRM systems, with experience building capabilities to elevate the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing
Strong copywriting skills and creative intuition to support the building of individual campaigns
Expertise in customer segmentation strategies and subscriber management across multiple channels (omni-channel)
