Job Description:

Job opening - Life Underwriting Manager, Operations in Hong Kong

Job Responsibility:

Serve as a liaison between the distribution and the Operations Department
Foster enduring and collaborative partnerships with distribution team through effective communication and teamwork
Responsible for addressing operational issues with equitable and adaptable methods
Participate in customized training programs for sales team to align with company strategies, support the digitalization process, and enhance service quality across all functions
Underwrite large amounts and complicated new business application
Manage the daily operations of underwriting routine tasks and ensure that turnaround times are achieved according to agreed-upon standards

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above
Over 6 years of relevant experience in life underwriting
Good command of both English and Chinese
Excellent leadership and collaborative skills
