As a Key Account Manager at Sopra Steria, you will play a crucial role in ensuring client retention by fostering and strengthening relationships. You’ll understand their individual needs, provide them tailored IT solutions and coordinate with internal teams to deliver the excellent service clients expect from Sopra Steria. Staying informed of industry trends, managing timelines, and answering client issues using confident communication and technical knowledge will be your day-to-day job as a Key Account Manager. You’re mindful of opportunities for upselling and cross-selling while building long term partnerships for community-wide digital transformation and business success.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Experience in the IT consulting in Belgium
  • Good knowledge of the Life Science industry and an existing network in Belgium
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus)
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Like to work with people and to maintain relationships
