  • 2+ years as an agency recruiter, focused on contract roles within the Life Sciences industry
  • Passion for winning new contract clients and driving revenue generation
  • Strong negotiation skills and proven track record in closing contractor deals
  • Clients that you can work with straight away and a targeted list of companies you want to target in the next six months
  • Proven ability to forecast accurately on contractor revenue generation
