Job Description:

Temporary Life Science Business Support role for a well-established pharmaceutical organization. This role supports senior leadership with administrative tasks, project coordination, and stakeholder management in a hybrid working environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform diary management activities for the SLT
  • Book internal/external meetings
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare agendas and professional presentations
  • Coordinate delivery of briefings
  • Serve as gatekeeper for SLT
  • Provide administration support for SLT meetings
  • Coordinate administrative work such as monthly reports
  • Support project and operational activities including progress tracking
  • Coordinate completion of key deliverables
  • Manage stakeholders
  • Organize and prioritize key actions
  • Support Directors in delivery of work plans
  • Track adherence to agreed timelines
