Job Responsibility:

  • Business Development: Identify prospects through market analysis and proactive outreach

  • Manage and nurture existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and satisfaction
  • Recruitment and Management: Attract and recruit talented people with the right expertise and skill set

  • Business Unit Management: Oversee the well-being and success of your business unit

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry or related fields
  • Previous experience of 1.5/2 years in Sales in Life Science field
  • Experience in a demanding setting, where excellence and continuous learning are the primary goals
  • Structured, organized, and possessing a competitive yet collaborative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
