Job Description

Our Adult Residential Home is looking for Life Practitioners to join our team at Tigh Fruin in Retford, Nottinghamshire. We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and a dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team. As a Life Practitioner, you will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs. You will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

Requirements

  • A genuine passion for care and to be motivated by contributing to the progression of others
  • A strong team player
  • Resilient and confidence to ask for support as needed
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • A Level 3 in Health & Social Care or a willing to work towards
