Our client, a leader in the insurance and health benefits industry, is seeking a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor (Call Center, Sales and Service) to join their growing team in North York, ON. Please note — the office will be relocating to Downtown Toronto in the near future. Permanent Opportunity!
Job Responsibility:
Deliver 40–60 client touchpoints per day through calls, voicemails, and emails (not all will be connects)
Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions
Promote additional products or services when appropriate
Maintain accurate and detailed client information within CRM systems
Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets
Participate in training, coaching, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance results
Requirements:
Valid LLQP (or HLLQP) license required
Minimum 4+ years of call center experience in sales or retention, ideally within insurance or financial services
Strong understanding of needs-based sales and client relationship management
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Professional, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
