Job Responsibility:

Assist in organizing and implementing activities that promote socialization, stimulation, and overall well-being for residents
Facilitate group activities
Assist residents with various tasks
Contribute to a positive and engaging environment
Work closely with the Life Enrichment team to ensure activities are tailored to meet diverse needs and interests of residents

Requirements:

Memory care experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Creativity and adaptability
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Compassion, patience, and empathy
Positive attitude and passion for enhancing quality of life for others
