The Lido Server is an integral part of the Lido Restaurant team. In this role, you will demonstrate high levels of service skill to provide an enjoyable breakfast, lunch and dinner experience in luxurious surroundings. This requires intuitive service, solid menu knowledge, the ability to offer insightful suggestions and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
Job Responsibility:
Demonstrate high standards of professionalism in all interactions, provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell
Understand guest needs and ensure satisfaction
offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
Find opportunities to make connections and enhance the dining experience
Assist in clearing and resetting tables with attention to details and according to service standards
Collaborate with the culinary team and leadership in providing exceptional experiences
Requirements:
An engaging personality and a positive attitude towards all tasks
A strong knowledge of F&B, and a curiosity to learn more
Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
Attention to detail and passionate about hospitality
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
