Job Description:

The Server Assistant position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience conforming by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest
  • Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silverware, and paper goods for service
  • fill salt, pepper shakers, replenish sugars., prepare bread service Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-years food service or related work
  • Ability to carry and balance a tray
  • Previous experience in luxury hospitality
