Job Description:

The Food Runner position assists the Food Server in providing an expertly served dining experience ensuring all dishes are correctly prepared and presented.

Job Responsibility:

  • Promptly clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silverware for service in a discreet manner
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
  • Pick up food items from kitchen, check order for accuracy and quality before delivering and serve guest
  • Assist in stocking linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service
  • assist in preparation of smaller items such as toast, soup, or beverages
  • Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas

Requirements:

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
