  • The manufacturing leadder oversees the workforce of one production unit (from 200 to 300 people)
  • He makes sure the assosiates operate according to the internal safety rules and tools
  • The manager controls and follows production plan with the support of the productions supervisor crew and is responsible of all the shift operators
