Job Responsibility

  • Drive artwork and product concept submissions for licensor review
  • Act as a central point of coordination between designers, production teams, and licensors
  • Own approval workflows across digital licensing and asset management platforms
  • Maintain detailed records of submissions, comments, approvals, and deadlines
  • Ensure all artwork and product concepts align with brand standards, licensing requirements, and production expectations
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively follow up with internal teams
  • Organize digital files and approval documentation
  • Lead administration of the NuOrder B2B e-commerce platform
  • Lead administration of the Shopify B2C e-commerce platform
  • Build and maintain a well-organized, searchable asset library
  • Support business and account teams by fulfilling requests for product image assets
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Creative Director
