Job Responsibility

  • Applying the nursing process through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation of patient care
  • Providing a caring relationship that facilitates health and healing
  • Demonstrating clinical competence in performing, assisting and/or documenting tasks and procedures
  • Implementing plan of care, providing patient and family teaching, follow-up, and discharge instructions

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree or nursing diploma from an accredited LVN program
  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Providers, issued by AHA

Nice to have

  • One year of experience
  • At least one year of pediatric experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
