Job Description

Part-time independent contractor (1099) therapist position at Ellie Mental Health – Lincolnwood. A collaborative ecosystem designed to help clinicians thrive by handling administrative tasks. Opportunity to transition to a full-time W-2 position. Earn a 40-60% split of insurance reimbursements. Fully supported practice with marketing, office space, and a team network.

Job Responsibility

  • Providing exceptional client care
  • Building a caseload of a minimum of 16 clients per week

Requirements

  • Current therapy or counseling licensure in Illinois (LSW / LCSW, LPC / LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD)
  • Passion for mental health, reducing stigma, and making therapy accessible
  • Experience and interest in providing therapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, authentic care
