Job Responsibility

Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with customs laws and trade requirements
Resolve customs clearance issues, audits, delays, and regulatory inquiries
Lead, manage, train, and mentor customs team members while overseeing workload distribution and team operations
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and compliance standards
