Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the operation of the Boiler and Chiller plant within the hotel
  • Perform all maintenance and troubleshooting, safety inspections, and repairs to equipment
  • Respond to any needs related to the boilers, chillers, and corresponding equipment
  • Perform preventive maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a windows-based computer system

Requirements

  • 2nd Class Stationary Engineer's License
  • 3 years' experience working around plant operations of commercial boilers and chillers
  • Flexible schedule, to include weekends and holidays
  • Minimum of three years building maintenance experience
  • Hotel experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics is preferred
  • Basic trouble-shooting skills
