Job Responsibility:
Answer customer inquiries on benefits plans
Process Medical/Dental Claims
Ability to learn/retain large amounts of technical information
Navigate multiple record keeping systems
Requirements:
Licensed in Life and Health is required
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
The ability to multi-task and have great attention to detail
Ability to work with customers of diverse background and dispositions
