Job Description:

Licensed Respiratory Therapist's provide full range of Respiratory Care services to patients. At Highland we are committed to providing exemplary patient and family-centered care. Requirements:

  • Education: Fulfilled the educational requirements to practice as a Licensed Respiratory Therapist in NY State
  • Experience: None required, at least one year acute care preferred
  • License/Certification Required: New York State Respiratory Therapy Therapist License required
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR Certification required
  • American Heart Association ACLS Certification required within 6 months of hire/transfer
  • Skills: Ability to apply critical thinking skills to patient care situations at an entry level
