Licensed Professional Counselor

• Conduct direct services to include individual and group sessions, utilizing techniques such as applied behavior analysis and crisis intervention
• Conduct integrated Behavioral Health Assessments
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, ensuring comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all counseling sessions in compliance with organizational policies
• Engage in research to stay updated on best practices in the field of counseling and behavioral health
• Uphold confidentiality standards in compliance with HIPAA regulations

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent credential
• Master’s degree in counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in individual group counseling and behavioral health settings
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions
