Job Description:

We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team. Ideal candidates will manage a balanced caseload with full clinical support and mentorship. This position offers flexibility to work both in-person and remotely.

Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with medical professionals for comprehensive care
  • Offer grief counseling and support to patients and families
  • Engage in social work and behavioral health interventions

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or related field
  • Full Clinical License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)

  • Familiarity with office technology and Electronic Health Records (exp with Valant a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a diverse client base
