5+ years of clinical experience with LPC licensure and supervisor training
Proficient in completing intakes, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
Strong communication skills and the ability to set healthy boundaries
Comfortable working with diverse clients
Familiarity with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus)
Ideally credentialed with insurance panels

Job Responsibility

Supervise pre-licensed counselors working toward full licensure
Deliver excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
Develop creative interventions to help clients meet their goals

Attend clinical meetings and trainings
Perform other duties that support the clinic’s mission and operations
