Licensed Practical Nurse

We are looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse at Baptist Primary Care Hilden Road. This is a full-time, day-shift opportunity Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM. This well-established Baptist Primary Care office is located on Hilden Road off of US 1, within a 10-minute drive from Nocatee, Palencia and Beach Walk, close to I 95. As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide nursing assistance to physicians and maintain medical documentation. The primary responsibility of this Licensed Practical Nurse wlil be assisting with phone triage and contacting patients. This Triage LPN will be responsible for triaging patients for urgent appoinments, routing all prescription refill requests to the correct provider, medication prior authorizations, answering the phone, meeting with pharmaceutical reps, maintaining sapmles, scheduling lunches with reps, and covering the Medical Assistants in the event they are absent.
