Job Description:

Full-Time Evening Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role at The Alice Center in Malone, NY, providing high-quality, compassionate care in a supportive, resident-focused skilled nursing environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide direct resident care during evening and weekend shifts
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health
  • Assist with daily living activities while maintaining a safe, comfortable, and dignified environment
  • Collaborate with nursing and healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in New York State
  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred but not required

  • Shift Differential: Totaling $5.50 per hour for evening shift
